About me

Well hello there welcome to the about page, thanks for checking it out! Here's some additional info about me :DMy name's Zee MedakiTyvn and as it can be seen already, to put it shortly, i make art. I also love watching and playing minecraft! And I love my cat too!! Now you know everything that matters.I started posting my art on twitter about 3 years ago and I'm trying to be more active again now! Also am trying my best to be active on tumblr too but we'll see how that goes... I recently participated in the first two open qualifiers of Gridlock and might try to stream some more on twitch too!

My interests are currently

  • Minecraft (both in the form of playing and watching but in the latter case I really enjoy): Hermitcraft, the Life Series, many mc events and a ton of mcsr things! Looking at currently running smps I'm really enjoying season 11 of Hermitcraft, all the Lifesteal smp stuff, and of course Pantheon smp

  • MCSR: needs its own category because right now it might be the part of minecraft that interests me the most! I love watching Ranked and Draftout as well as No Reset runs mostly from Couri of course! Don't even get me started on how cool Gridlock is as well!!

  • TTRPGs: I'm mainly into dnd but very specifically love love love No Dice, Tubbo's campaign which he started during 2024's Tubathon, DMd by Owenjuicetv, with Tubbo himself, as well as Aimsey, Bekyamon, and ThruIris as the players

  • Lots of animated movies: but my absolute favourites are How To Train Your Dragon and Kung Fu Panda, I really love the music used in them as well

  • Deception and puzzle games: I really enjoy watching games like among us (morning lobby is SO awesome), mafia, and so on. And right now for puzzle games Big Walk might be one of my favourite to watch too!!

  • Art: obviously, I'm always working on some kind of fanart even if it takes a long time sometimes...

  • Photography: I've been doing that for like 6 years now, mostly with my camera. I love documenting my travels, especially photographing buildings, landscapes, and all kinds of plants. Oh and trains, vehicles, all of those stuff too

  • Writing: well this is a whole thing, I first began writing my book around 4 years ago but started seriously focusing on improving it over the past year. There's much to share about that story so maybe soon you'll hear more about it hmmm

All kinds of art

I make many kinds of art!! There's a lot of examples in each category here for you to view! So first of all, what kind of art do you want to see?

Traditional art

I've been making traditional art for so long now my gosh... I remember making hand-crafted presents for my family for birthdays as my earliest crafting memory. It was about 5 years ago when I started making art more frequently, began a sketchbook, and made lots of character art for my book too. Since then I've worked on multiple projects including different mediums some of which I'll try to showcase here with projects starting from early this year until now :D

Digital art

My digital art making really began about 4 years ago when I got my drawing pad. Prior to that, I used my old tablet for it a few times but it never worked too well. Soon after I dived into traditional art I started to get more and more interested in digital too. I love making bigger pieces in digital that usually take me weeks, the continuity keeps me going I think... either that or I'm insane, maybe both! My current plan is to focus more on character arts and more fanart especially of people I haven't drawn before!!

Photography

It's been about 6 years since I started taking photos after I got my camera! But I'd say the past year I've been the most focused on it ever so I thought I'd share a few of my favourites here too! This hopefully will get updated pretty often as time goes on :D
